Dr. Zhang is a godsend! Her expertise as both a medical doctor and an acupuncturist is unrivaled here in the Tampa area. Many people associate acupuncture only with pain management, but please believe me, a skilled acupuncturist can successfully treat so much more. I came to Dr. Zhang with supraventricular tachycardia, and she has managed it completely with acupuncture. No ablation, no lifetime of beta blockers ... just Dr. Zhang and her scientific, artful use of acupuncture. Please consider a consultation with Dr. Zhang for your issues -- whatever they may be. She is a wonderful listener, understands all medical conditions (because, after all, she is an M.D.), and clearly communicates what the treatment process will entail. It works. Period. I began seeing Dr. Zhang for a back pain issue about 2 years ago. My first visit, she sat down with me and gave a thorough oral interview about my issues while explaining the process. The fact that she is also an M.D. and is therefore trained in both eastern and western medicine was very comforting. The office is clean, well maintained and I have never experienced having to wait in the patient waiting area for more than five minutes. In addition to the respect for her patient’s time, the staff and Dr. Zhang herself provide a warm, comforting environment where the patient is made to feel like the priority. I highly recommend Dr. Zhang for acupuncture and pain relief.
