Symmetric is a great IT partner to my company, American Government Services Corporation. Response time is fast, issues are resolved quickly and customer service is stellar. This is a unique experience for me as the owner of a small business that is usually not a high priority for vendor response. Symmetric is also proactive in offering realistic, cost-conscious suggestions and solutions for future IT needs and plans. Highly recommend.

Staff is prompt and thorough. Any issue reported is handled directly and professionally, and personably. No question is too small or insignificant in that they value the customer and what benefits can come from customers who are well educated about their services and the products they provide.
