My husband and I used Swenson Construction for a small project at a rental property we own and were extremely impressed with the professionalism and communication we received. Two qualities that are very important and often overlooked!

I can't say enough great things about Swenson Construction. As a local real estate agent here in the Tampa area, I have referred several clients over the years to the Swenson team. They do amazing work, and their customer service is second to none. I would definitely recommend Swenson Construction to anyone who is looking for a superior general contractor in the Tampa Bay area. You will not find better.
