I've been a customer to this location for almost 4 years & I drop off/pick up dress slacks and dress shirts every week. I spend approximately $100 per month at your business. I have 2 laundry bags with you--one for dropping off full & one that I get back empty each time. The good: The employees have always been pleasant, friendly & courteous. The hours are fine & I even get a text when my garments are ready. The bad: I have never complained, however I do sometimes get back garments with damage or broken buttons. I see this as something that just happens, and like I said, I never come back and complain about it. Another annoyance is that sleeves & collars are sometimes not properly ironed out. Either deep wrinkles or even a crease where there shouldn't be. I expect better from a professional service. The ugly: Why I'm writing this review. Look, even if my clothes were ironed perfectly every time (they're not), but let's say they were; my clothes have been coming back smelling like stinking dirty laundry. I don't know anyone who wants to pay money for you to make their clean laundry stink. I wrote to you directly one time to address this about 6-7 months ago (not a public review) because I wanted you to fix it, not to embarrass you. I did not get a response (shocking, I know). Yet now, here we are again. I swear to you, if my clothes stink when I go to pick them up this Tuesday, then I'm done with you. I will bad mouth your business all over MacDill every chance I get. I work out there. I know a lot of people. For crying out loud, FIX IT!

I bring my husband's uniforms here every week and the customer service is excellent. Uniforms are always done on time and never had an issue. I even needed two dress uniforms done quickly for an event and it was no problem.

Staff at MacDill AFB location is always professional, polite and friendly. Prices are very competitive and quality of cleaning, both uniforms and civilian attire has alway been great.
