I had a whole roof replacement done in August of 2025. I contacted three roofing companies to get quotes for the work and Southshore was in the middle cost wise, but the sales rep Jason Worley was by far the best communicator. He worked with me to reviewed exactly what I needed done, gave me multiple options and helped me settle on a final package price that was fair.
The roofers arrived promptly at 7 when they said they would on the day they were scheduled. I highly recommend Southshore Roofing for their outstanding service. We previously had our roof replaced by Rainier Roofing (not recommended) just five years ago, which means our roof is still under warranty. However, we encountered a leak and found out that the installation was poorly done in multiple areas. After contacting Rainier to fix the issues, they placed me in their queue, but ultimately stopped responding while the leak continued to cause problems. They installed my new roof and are going to install my gutters as well. The Crew they sent must have been the A team. They worked very professionally and respected my property. At the end of the day,they cleaned up,couldnt tell they were here. Im definitly recommending them.
