We hired Southern Green of Tampa after re-sodding our yard. They started off doing a great job, but then after a couple of years that ended. Our yard became infested with bugs and weeds under their care and the picture attached is what our beautiful lawn ended up looking like- while they were actively treating our yard. I even gave them a second chance to resolve the issues and they failed to provide any answers or solutions. Thanks to Southern Green, our yard become the eye-sore of the neighborhood and we had to invest more time/ money into re-sodding our yard. Do yourself a favor and find another provider.

I paid for 12 months up front. We had 2 treatments but still had issues with ants and I called to have them treat for that. The following month they completely forgot to treat our lawn and asked for a manager to walk our yard with us. They then missed that appointment as well (I had to call them, they weren't going to inform me). I cancelled my account at this point and asked for a refund. This was finalized late July. I was told 6-8 weeks for the check to arrive. It is now 3 months later and now nobody wants to talk to me about getting my money back to me. I highly recommend avoiding this company.

This is a billing company, not a lawn service company. I had them over 3 years I am sad to say, and I can not imagine anything worse. When they first got my account I had an attentive person actually do a decent job. After a while they seemed to just send a bill and water my grass. The most embarrassing situation was when one of their reps, apparently knowing nothing about what homes were serviced by their company, came to me to tell me how terrible our grass, trees and shrubs looked and that I should get rid of the company that is in charge! I wish that was a joke, but truth is stranger than fiction.
