Simpson Air has provide outstanding service and I’ve been a customer 4 years -Need to use protection plan after AC went off - tech arrived within 2 hours of call - and he was in rush hour traffic - tech - Dave diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved. I hope new owners have the same customer service as Simpson.

Seth is amazing!!! Very very helpful in helping me make AC decisions and helping me understand how to get as much life out of the AC as possible without having to buy a whole unit. I’m very excited about the UV system, and can’t wait to get the upgrade for the HEPA filter later on when I do need a new unit. Thanks again Seth for your help!!
