Once again, Shane to the rescue! No water! Called Shane, he said he was in Riverview (not close in my mind) but would be here as soon as he finishes. He and Jeremiah showed up in less than an hour- I was panicky because my well has been a problem since I bought this house. No problem- ANTS! They fixed it and were on their way. BTW- Shane and Stephanie replaced my well pump last November and were very patient in answering all my questions- the pump that was previously installed by another company burned out in less than 18 months! Needless to say, Shane is my hero and I wouldn't think of going elsewhere for any well problems that may come up.

I had Shane's come out to look at a small leak I had on a fitting at well on Tuesday. I was not home when he arrived but got here shortly after. Upon arriving he was gone. He text me and said "we don't mess with pipes that are in a tight place" are you kidding me! Then text me and says he could do it on Friday. I guess if you have work in a tight spot only schedule on Friday. Will not be calling this guy again.

Awful!!! My husband called and told Shane's specifically what to do to the pump and they were coming the next day. Never showed up. The following day they come in the morning (today) was at the pump for under 2 mins came to me told me I need to replace it for $1300, charges me $65 for a service call left and didn't turn my water back on. Husband called Shane's, they blamed it on me, miscommunication they said, didn't try to make it right or come back to do the work and now I'm out $65 for absolutely NO reason!! I'm NOT HAPPY!!
