Our association needed to replace a main building roof that had exceeded its lifespan. We contracted with ServiceWorks for replacement of our Fibertite membrane.The company was responsive to our needs. When supply chain issues arose, ServiceWorks was creative and adaptable in locating components and in finding workarounds. The company was also flexible. The roofer’s schedule was adjusted to accommodate significant unplanned work to mechanical components of our air conditioning system.Supervisors and workers were all respectful.
