Andy did a great job and went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed correctly. I appreciate his attention to detail and his drive. He is definitely someone i would recommend in the future!
Esmix and RJ showed up right on time to get my AC running again...after hours and friendly as could be. The price, including the after-hours fee, was very fair. They got the job done on the spot and left the work area spotless when they were done. Excellent job all around!
Chris phoned twice to provide status updates on the schedule. Remu called to confirm that he was on his way and proceeded to my address. Remu was very friendly and courteous. He thoroughly and clearly communicated the issues with me as he showed me the failing part Remu promptly replaced the part and left everything in great working order. he covered his feet before coming into my porch and that was considerate. I can get a good nights sleep tonight because it was 88 degrees inside last night and peaked at 92 today before he arrived. Highly recommend Remu and the services of OneHourAir
