We had a devastating house fire that destroyed all 3k sqft of our home. Steve Was our field guy and James and Joe (or John, theres a lot of J names over there haha) were amazing, professional and most importantly to us, they cared about our situation and helped us every way they could. We had a bunch of hiccups along the way in the year it took to rebuild and not once were they unavailable or “shady” about anything. They truly went out of their way to help me and my family and we will always be thankful for the work they did for us. We sprung a leak inside the wall of our master bathroom, after the plumber removed he bathtub and repaired the leak, John and his crew responded within an hour to assess the water damage, and immediately set up Air Movers, Dehumidifiers and applied anti-microbial agents to the affected areas.
