Dennis B was a phenomenal representative. He was well informed, answered all our questions, essentially answering riddles. We had a lot of unknowns and variables and he walked us through the entire process. I intend to not only refer him, I expect to reach back out and order from him again in the future.

Not only did they replace the panel but found areas that should have been caulked at installation and took care of it. Robert is very knowledgeable and detailed. I am extremely pleased with the quality of my new windows and slider. It's like having a new house! My salesperson, Brandon, was very knowledgeable about the product and had no problem convincing me of the quality of Anderson Windows. He patiently answered all my questions about financing.API (the installers) did an excellent job and are true professionals. I am a fastidious person and I truly appreciate that they took great care of the inside of my home while they were installing, laying pathways so their shoes did not dirty the floors, careful not to mark any walls and always cleaned up as they went along even vacuuming!Drew was in touch with me for follow-up and... read full review
