Ralph's technicians have always been punctual and professional. Ralph does all my a/c service on all my rentals and personal home. He installed for me several new a/c systems throughout the years. I highly recommend Ralph.

Although I can't speak to their quality of work for repair as we decided to just buy a brand new unit instead of repairing the broken one, I was very pleased with the customer care I received from start to end. Ralph's was able to get a service tech out to me within a few hours of calling them, on the weekend, when 4 or 5 other "same day" service centers said the soonest they could get someone out would be Monday. The technician who came out, Rob, was friendly and knowledgeable, had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes. Outstanding customer service! Their repair work is also excellent. We had a dishwasher that needed a new control panel. There was a delay getting the part from the manufacture. The part arrived on Friday and their tech, Robert, came out after 5:00 pm, on a holiday weekend to install it and made sure the dishwasher was working properly. Doesn't get any better than that!
