Update: Lauren quickly reached out to me and schedule a time to finish the project. She kept me updated through every step and the team came and complete the work very timely. I've been working with Ehsan and Lauren on a roof replacement project. Contract signed June 23 and today as of July 29, still no confirmed date when the roof will be installed. We was told the project would start the week of July 12. No one reached out to update about the project when the time came, tried to reach out to them but nothing. We would highly recommend Quality Roofing to anyone in need of a roof repair or roof replacement. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. JJ was professional in all our meetings - before, during, and after our roof installation. He responded to all calls and questions the same day. The time and attention he gave to us was outstanding. The crew worked efficiently and our roof was completed within three days. They cleaned up the area all around our house and yard. There was no mess at all upon completion of their work.
