Over the past two months, my AC unit has been producing excessive condensation in my attic, causing the unit to shut off. Last Thursday, I checked on it, and while the unit was still working, the problem persisted. I called for a service inspection, and the next day, Brody Upleger from Progressive Air Systems arrived. He meticulously inspected the unit, explained the issue, and recommended installing a fan next to the unit. After three days with the fan in place, the problem was resolved. Brody's professionalism and thorough approach were outstanding, and I highly recommend him and the entire team at Progressive Air Systems for their excellent service.

Right from my first call to progressive, I was VERY amazed at how professional they were. It was already past 5pm. I had previously gotten quotes from 2 other HVAC companies which made me very nervous. They both kept manipulating me and saying the wrong things in which I had to correct. Then the quotes I received were VERY over the top.
Tod Wright from Progressive arrived and what a breath of fresh air. He was very professional, friendly, patient with me and very helpful. He helped me decide what I really want with very little force or persuasion, he just gave me the facts and I made up my own mind.

Had two AC’s go out and called Progressive and Tammy and Jeremy worked hard to ensure someone was onsite within 20 minutes of the call! Incredible customer service! Thank you Tammy and Jeremy!
