About Planet Fitness
Planet Fitness is a fitness center that prioritizes cleanliness and a welcoming environment for its members. The staff, including the manager Nathan, are known for being friendly, helpful, and motivating. Members appreciate the superb customer service they receive from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew. The gym is well-kept, clean, and equipped with various facilities such as hydromassage beds and red light therapy. While the gym is smaller than other Planet Fitness locations, it's not too crowded in the morning. However, some members wish for more free weight options and other types of machines like those found at other gyms. One issue that some members have pointed out is the cold temperature inside the gym. Members have expressed their discomfort with the cold air and fans, which can hinder their ability to warm up and break a sweat during their workout. Despite this, members still find the gym to be a beautiful place to exercise, appreciating the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. Planet Fitness strives to provide a positive and uplifting experience for its members, making it a comfortable and motivating place to achieve fitness goals. Addressing the temperature issue could further enhance the workout experience for members. Overall, it is highly recommended as an amazing place to train at low rates.
Great gym! Lots of equipment to choose from and good hours. Morning staff is friendly and helpful in particular Barbara. No matter how busy they get she always says good morning. Massage chairs are great. Only lay down tanning beds work, stand up is always down but that’s my only complaint.
Friendly front desk, always clean when I visit during the week, and has all of the equipment I would need. However, better AC / air circulation in the 360 functional training room is a much needed upgrade.
Nice staff, quiet enviroment. Been in other locations and this one is the best overall. Just 4 stars bc we are missing a press bench with some free weight and a squat stand. Everyone is to dependent in the Smith machine
