“We have been using ANTIPESTO for a few years now. Originally they came out to get rid of an ant problem and then a rat problem. We had other services come out for the rat problem in the past. Those companies got rid of the immediate problem but ANTIPESTO actually got rid of them and found and sealed off all of the entry points. We signed up for their regular service after that. They come every 3 months to check and spray. In between those visits they told us to call if we even see one bug or hear one critter. We have had to call a couple of times and they were here within a few days to take care of the problem. I recommend them highly for their friendly, responsive, effective and professional services.Brittany’s our usual technician. She is excellent. “McCall pest control has been wonderfully helpful keeping pests at bay from outside the house because I don’t like the idea of chemicals sprayed inside the house unless absolutely necessary. The techs, including Matt H, have always been responsive to questions and diligent to ensure we stay pest free. They call to follow up and ask if there are any special needs or requests each time they visit. We couldn’t be happier with their service.“

“I was very pleased with the initial inspection. He explained to me what to expect and areas of the house to be treated by the exterminator. And I’m very pleased with the exterminator. He was on time and did a thorough spray for the dry wood termites. New post: Since the initial treatment 2 years ago, every year, around the same time I’m still seeing dry wood termites in the same location in the bathroom and occasionally in the kitchen, but mainly coming out of the vent from the attic into the bathroom. Jamelec Robledo came Friday, May 3, 2024 to inspect and said he couldn’t treat because he didn’t see any live termite activity. I saw live activity two days prior but only took a picture. Tonight May 6, 2024 I saw them coming out of the vent again and I video taped the live termite activity. I’m so disgusted with Orkin and we paid a lot of money for this 5 year termite service and it doesn’t seem like the treatment is doing what it is supposed to be doing. Today, May 17, 2024 I feel satisfied with Jason Saggio coming out yesterday to retreat the area. He explained a little bit about how drywood termites work. “Been using Crenshaw pest control for years. Excellent experiences every time. This one time, I was so freaked out by getting German roaches that I wanted to tent my house. They talked me down from the ledge and took care of the problem simply and quickly. No tents--haha. Family owned and operated, they are personable and knowledgeable. Everyone who has come to the house is friendly and respectful. And you generally get the same person every time, so you have an ongoing relationship and they really know your property and your bug history. It's pretty old fashioned personalized service. These guys know bugs and know how to get rid of them efficiently and effectively. In fact, I have two properties, and in each one, the service guy is dedicated to getting rid of the bugs. No joke, especially with ants. They're gonna find where those little buggers are hiding and eventually get them at the source so they stop coming in your house. Its awesome. Highly recommend!“
