I was out running errands and my glasses felt loose and were rubbing my ear. It was so annoying. I was passing by and saw the store and decided to see if they could help me. I went inside and was greeted by Lali. I told her about my glasses and she was so gracious and willing to help. She sat me down, adjusted my glasses and I was in and out in less 10 mins. I’ve decided that when it’s time for my next exam, I’ll be making an appt with this business. Service was excellent and willingness to go the extra mile was refreshing. Thanks Lali, you saved my day!

I cannot say enough good things about my recent experiences at this Pearle Vision location! I started scheduling my exams here after years of abuse and torture at the Citrus Park Lenscrafters. I recently learned that Dr. James Cancelleri retired, and I could not have been more relieved for every other patron at Lenscrafters in Citrus Park Mall. Every visit to that location was torture and it wasn't until looking around the area when I finally realized that I could be going to a completely different optometrist for the same cost with much higher quality results!
