We had a lanai roof and screen installed and patio enclosure installed almost 2 years ago. We have some major problems but we had the regional manager Steve Bell and Zak from warranty constantly assisting in the repairs and leaks. I am not happy we have had so many problems- but the fact that Zak and Steve stood behind their work and have continued to provide solutions has been very appreciated. After many unsuccessful attempts at repairs they did send a professional roofer to resolve the leak issues. We just had the repairs done and are hoping that this will be resolved. Patio Enclosures by Great Day did a wonderful job screening our already-existing porch. They came earlier than scheduled, they were in and out in one day, and they returned promptly when we found some (very minor) things we wanted attended to. To boot, their price estimate was lower than the competition and their workers were polite and professional. Hire them; you’ll be glad you did!

Highly recommend due to the excellent customer service, communication and follow up from the beginning with Chris our rep who explained in detail everything to us, to our Project manager Hannah who kept us updated ever other week on permits / concrete & paver installation to cage installation, to the awesome onsite crew led by Austin who even though this was a small job (5.5 'x 20' lanai extension) he and Danny did an exceptional job for such a small project.
