Was looking for a new unit based on my current company diagnosis. Northside gave up the sale for a no cost minor repair, which was best for me! Kind of unheard of now a days. Honest, fair & knowledgeable. Iām a customer now & encourage everyone to contact them for AC work.
Absolutely the BEST air conditioning service we have EVER had in our 24 years of living in the Tampa Bay area! Thank you Brian Sr. for a great initial contact to see if we would be utilizing the services of Northside for a new A/C install because our older unit had lived out and beyond its warranty. Brian knows his air conditioning facts and comes across in an honest and direct manner. We felt confident we were getting not only a fair price for a company that will be around forever in order to provide us peace of mind for future A/C needs. We have experienced other company installations, and this was by far the BEST. The crew of Brian Jr., Jake, and Ethan were so polite, so kind, and these guys know their stuff. We felt we were in capable hands the entire day. We liked them so much we bought them pizza for lunch and shared a little conversation as the day rolled along. Our new unit is quiet, efficient, and cools better than the TRANE we had before (we went with Daikin), and we even had them place surge protectors on both of our units (an existing one and the new one). The young man in the office is named Walker I believe, and he is super-efficient and nice in handling all of the scheduling (from installation to inspection). I can't say enough GREAT things about Northside Services.
Amazing company services our air conditioning and heating unit recommended highly technicians were knowledgeable and when the original estimate was $$ Ethan S found the problem and ended up being a lot less expensive honest very thankful thanks š
