Staff is very pleasant and friendly, but I was not satisfied with my hair on two different occasions. Some styles like individual crotchet and gypsy braids they don’t know how to do, but will say they do on the phone. My box braids were partially braided out leaving the ends looking trashy an uneven. On both occasions I walked out very disappointed ?. I was even more dissatisfied this last time because I spent $220 for some basic medium size box braids that were not even braided anywhere close to the end.Services: Box Braids

I absolutely love the daughter and the mom. Yall made me feel like family and we talk about our african traits which was so warming. I am coming back in 2 months to get faux locs! Love you guys!!! ❤❤ best service. Braids not even tight. Slept well the first night.

Mona is very professional and has great customer service. She worked very hard to get me in. From the initial phone call to getting my hair braided, I had a wonderful experience. I will definately be back.
