I've waited a full year before leaving a review. This facility is A+ in every way. I've made gains here I haven't made in years, broken through plateaus, the trainers i've worked with (Adam & Melissa) are fantastic, and wouldn't hesitate to work with any of the other team members. I've made lasting friendships here, and while I'm not a pro like half the gym, there have been times when they break from their routine to help me finish a set, add motivation, and even take off their straps and give to me on days i've forgotten mine. It's more than just a gym. Thank you MI40

Visiting this gym was a treat! Although it has a high cost for the one day pass ($35) I wanted to see what the hype was all about.The front desk was helpful in meeting me at the door (key card only) and it was a quiet Saturday when I visited. Every and anything you can think of that you need to workout is in this gym. Couldn’t help but do a total body workout.

I haven’t been to a real bodybuilding gym since I lived in Hawaii not every city has gyms like this, I forgot how nice it it, sweat good, no one cares about what you’re doing, people mind their own business, train hard. Whole section for legs and glutes plenty of room and equipment, bodybuilders walking around. People were friendly and the vibe was good
