“I went to Sage Infusion for about a year (the meds weren't helping my migraines, so I have stopped going). Their staff is always pleasant. They explain the process thoroughly. They make sure you are comfortable during your infusion. Everyone was so nice and helpful every time I went. If I ever need to do infusions again, I will be coming back here.“

“My young dog collided with my not-so-young knee. That's how it all began, with a torn, worn meniscus, pandemic-lazy legs, and a fear that I would always be in pain. I'm so happy that the pain is gone, and I'm grateful to physical therapist Steve Steinfeld for getting me there over the course of about four months. I can enthusiastically recommend this top-notch physical therapy and sports rehab clinic, which is on the third floor of the BayCare Health Hub (just north of the Christ the King church/school complex) on South Dale Mabry Highway. The office is a model of efficiency (thanks, Darlene), meaning clients (ranging from children to retirees) aren't left waiting, yet you're greeted by name when you walk in the front door. Parking is a snap, with a railed ramp leading from the third floor of the garage to the third floor of the Health Hub. I sure hope I don't need PT again, but if I do, I'll know where to go.“

“** As happy as I am seeing Armando Diaz, I am SO VERY UNHAPPY with my prescription malarkey. I'm the past, after jumping through multiple hoops for refills, seeing a horribly rude Dr. online, and still being denied regular meds I swore I was done. I was forced to make an appt. to get my meds. If I hadn't of clicked with the PA, I was gone. I stayed. I had a second great appointment on 8/26 that I reviewed below.

As of today, 9/3, my pharmacy still does not have my prescriptions. I called Sanitas and navigated through the goofy phone system to get someone to ask about it. She assured me they were sent and confirmed the pharmacy. When I said they haven't received them, endless holds later I was told to call back in 24 to 48 hours to see if they will be resent.

EXCUSE ME, WHAT???

Besides my regular meds, there was an anti inflammatory to help with a foot issue. 8 days of hobbling around later and no one can tell me what's happening for another day, maybe two. RIDICULOUS!

Sorry Armando, your professionalism has been overshadowed by the malarkey.
