Picked up my laundry today. Was incredibly impressed that a very expensive set of gold cufflinks were packed in a small bag attached to the shirt. Amazing. Moreover, the staff are always very friendly and responsive. I will always use McNatts on Gandy and MacDill!Service: Laundry pick-up

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and drop off clothes weekly. The manager that runs this store, Ms. Barbara, is a wonderful person and goes above and beyond to make sure items you drop off come back on time and are done correctly. She’s the reason for the 5 star review and as long as she’s here, I’ll continue to use McNatt’s for my laundry needs.
