I went to Madison Reed in Tampa for the first time. I moved to Florida from Wisconsin and had only ever used the Madison Reed box color at home, so I was thrilled when I discovered a Madison Reed salon. I read the reviews and am honestly so surprised at the negative ones. This was the best first experience I could have asked for at a salon. I was greeted by everyone there and promptly offered coffee and water. I believe it was the manager who brought me the coffee with cream and sugar, I felt like I was in a cafe. Stephanie the colorist was awesome and Shawna the shampooist (not sure if that is a word) was gentle. They offer beverages (water, tea, or coffee) and the music is perfect for the ambiance-not too loud but likable for everyone. Stephanie went over color with me and matched what's best for my hair. The experience was friendly and pretty much like a great friend doing a hair dye for you LOL. Shawna was gentle when shampooing and conditioning as well as the process to dry my hair. OBSESSED WITH THIS SALON! they are the sweetest people ever and so so helpful! they care so much about their clients and it truly shows! Came in to get a quick color fix and they truly took my breathe away! I am so so happy and 100% recommend this place to everyone! I will definitely be back! Beautiful location, friendly staff & super clean!
