Mr Kugel and team did an extraordinary job of installing our new gas fire log set, as well as custom glass doors. Wow. What a difference!This is an excellent company. Very honest. Very efficient. Highly recommend!Kugel is a fantastic fireplace company.
Kugel & Sons Fireplaces did an exceptional job on my home! The Kugel team is professional, knowledgeable, and delivers superb customer service. They're busy because they're just that good. Couldn't be happier with the work or the service!
Left a message specifically outlining that we were looking for a licensed contractor to install a NG fireplace. Got a nice call from someone with the company on Saturday who said we'd get a call Monday or Tues to set up an estimate for our installation. We are in Pinellas County and their ad clearly stated they serve Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. Monday we get a call that they are not licensed in Pinellas County. So I can't really speak to much more than that.
