Chris was very nice. I enjoyed talking to him. Friendly yet professional at the same time. He explained everything so I could understand what he had to do and what the cost was. After I agreed for him to do it he went right work. I ask if he minded me watching and he had no problem with that. I had said I wanted 3 arc fault breakers installed but I found I really needed 4. No problem he had the part on his truck. He's deffently an asset to your company.
Have been having problems off and on with my A/C this year. Have been off intermittently all week. Jason L came out, assessed my system, took numerous pics and broke down the problem of why my 10 year old system needed to be overhauled or replaced.
After a lot of finagling I decided on a plan and installation. It was already 4 pm when all decisions were made. He asked if I wanted the unit installed today, I of course jumped on that offer.
