Very good. Kevin did what appeared to complete the task he was assigned which was to replace a wire from the electrical panel to the AC. As I guessed, this did not solve our thermostat problem. Our thermostat reads 6-7 degrees cooler than the actual temperature. They have promised to send someone out again today. ??

Aslan came out to give me a quote the day after I called. He was very knowledgeable and professional and addressed all my concerns. Gave me a fair estimate and he scheduled my appointment for the next day to start work.

Experienced. Knowledgeable. Honest. It was a pleasure & a blessing meeting with Alexis and getting the education we now have on our HVAC/Duct system. If we don't go with Integrity for future work on our home, Alexis educated us on the questions we need to ask--starting with making sure permits gets pulled to ensure your home projects are inspected & done properly!!
