Since it's inception, the main focus of all of the instructors at Ingram's Karate Center has been to help develop positive pathways for students to work toward strength of mind, body, and spirit. Ingram's Karate Center's unique approach to the instruction of traditional Okinawan karate stems from a deep desire to focus on the individual, and help foster the type of environment that allows students to set goals and learn to develop their own personal strengths toward achieving those goals.
