Horrible experience. Do not work with Home Depot for any of your installations. It might be cheaper, but it is not worth it. I had my windows and doors installed on November 2021 and to this date on August 2022 they have not finished the job. I cannot get a hold of anybody to help. Even though they offer lifelong warranty, good luck getting anyone to help to be able to use it. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Avlid at all costs.

I needed an outside door replaced. They came and looked at it and gave me an estimate 300 for labor and 200 for the door. The day they were suppose to show up, they called me and said the job was 500 and I would have to get a door. I agreed to that, but when the guy got here he didn’t have any tools and asked my son to use his. I thought they were very unprofessional.

If I could give a zero or less I would. Scheduled appointments 3 times, took time off work, and 3 times they did not show up. Worst nightmare dealing with these people.They threatened me with hefty fines if I cancelled the contract. Horrible!!
