I had never had botox before and went today for the first time and Dr Hermann was one of the kindest, knowledgable clinicians I’ve come across in a long time. She took the time to make me feel comfortable and explain everything in great detail. We also discussed another issue that I had a question about, which she also took the time to show me as well. Very happy having chosen here. I can’t see why I would ever go anywhere else in the future! Thank you Dr. Hermann!f
What a wonderful experience! From the ease of scheduling on line , great location and pleasant and beautiful clinic. The front staff is welcoming and sweet especially Olivia and the provider /PA Michelle was excellent. Her assistant professional and thorough !highly recommend them. Definitely coming back !!!! Had a good experience with Michelle, then saw someone else, Robin, and was way over injected and had weird creases and shadows from paralyzed muscles. Came back and Michelle was able to tweak some of it and help me work through the issue. Now I’ll see Michelle only.
