I really wish I could give this establishment zero stars. This morning I had an appointment scheduled. I was 25 minutes early. The GPS took me to the completely wrong place. Not even close. I immediately called the office for directions where they proceeded to tell me "this always happens" and tried to help. After driving around with no proper signs or directions I finally had one person (after asking multiple workers) who knew where it was. I walked as quickly as I could there. I was 4 minutes late and they said they had to cancel my VERY important appointment. As a nurse I understand how important it is to be timely and them canceling the appointment is not necessarily the problem. The problem is the lack of proper directions, signs, anything. If offices are wondering why they are always so behind and why people don't get there on time they should absolutely look into proper directions. So disappointed. Will not be returning to this office ever. At the very least, the workers who schedule appointments should be trained to discuss the confusion that they say EVERYONE seems to have. Instead of 25 minutes early I would left MUCH more time to find the unmarked office. I am NEVER late and also have never left a review before in my life, but I hope that this can help at least one other person and save them the inconvenience that I experienced.

Very badly managed. People wait for an hour or longer just to register. Very insensitive administrative staff. Once the nurse takes you in for preop, it's all good, no complaints there. I wish they could put more efficient and polite staff up front.
