Stylist: Faith was my stylist and her customer service was 1000/10! Love love her, loved her work, loved her vibe, the whole shop was such a great atmosphere! Amazing people, hearing the other stylist make conversations to their clients it was soo good love it here and will be back!

Wow! Wow!! WOW!!! This was my first time at a Great Clips location and I was beyond impressed. I was warmly greeted by Faith, at the Hillsborough Plaza location. She patiently, kindly guided me through the process of checking in. I watched how the other 2 woman were attentively cutting their customers hair. Everyone so professional. The most notable was the interactions to the customers who walked in. Faith welcoming each with a smile! Yet, still being considerate of me - her customer. Faith blessed me with an AMAZING, relaxing, and well deserved shampoo on Tuesday morning. She was Pleasant, conversational, knowledgeable, and inviting (as was the rest of the staff)! I might have to return to this location every two weeks!!!
