The people at Graystone were a breath of fresh air in a very difficult situation. Crystal Martinez was our contact and the person who ran our job. Her and her team are amazing! They care about their customers and it shows. These are some of the hardest working, caring, professional, individuals I have come to know. They cared for the contents of our home as if it were their own. They went the extra mile accommodating our needs where another company said no way, and they were not unreasonable request.They think outside the box to get the job done. They were extremely helpful in coordinating repair to my A/C unit that had been installed 2 years ago during a restoration project they were handling after a small house fire. They even took care of the labor costs involved in the repair.
