Gracie PAC MMA

Gracie PAC MMA, established in 2012 in Tampa/Carrollwood/Westchase, is a family-owned business that offers Mixed Martial Arts instruction for parents, adults, and children. The staff is receptive to parent feedback and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Children as young as 3 years old can attend and have been known to look forward to it as their favorite time of the week. Older children have shown significant growth in confidence, respect, and motivation to eat healthily and exercise. Adults can also benefit from the classes by getting in shape, learning self-defense, and building discipline. After six months of attendance, parents have reported being proud of their choice to send their oldest son to Gracie Pac MMA, seeing it as a valuable investment in their child's development.
