Gold Seal did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were timely both in communication and delivering a finished roof. Richard Chad, the owner, was great to work with and the price was the best quote in the area.

Gold Seal Roofing, LLC recently installed their second roof for us on different houses. One was a metal roof on a two story house in the historic district of Old Seminole Heights (Tampa) and the other was a standard, shingle roof on a one story house in north Tampa. Both times the work was done professionally and timely with good communication throughout by Richard Chad and his team. They were available to answer questions at all times and the project Manager was on site the entire time for the house in north Tampa. Based on our experience we would highly recommend them to others and will use them again should we have a future need.Service: Roof installation
