Never coming back here again, I've had issues with them charging me multiple times for visitations and difficulty getting in touch, the latest being put on hold for nearly 30 minutes so the call went past closing time so they could hang up on me when I was attempting to set up an appointment. I will be looking elsewhere for a primary care physician.

Without Priya Patel and the rest of the medical staff, this review would be a zero, and I'd leave to find a new dr. The drs and nursing staff are incredible, but you have to make it through the poor women who work so unhappily in the front office / reception to get to them. As long as I've been visiting this office (years), the office staff has seemed overworked and frustrated. They approach everyone who comes in or calls for an appointment in much the same way: brusque, and with a sense of impatience. It's the strangest thing and I always wonder what the issue is. New office is clean and welcoming, staff is always kind. Priya is professional and caring when seeing me for routine check ups or for any medical concerns.
