Responded to invite for open house, 'Sip & See'. Warm welcome upon entry. Immediately offered a variety of drinks and finger foods while you talked to technicians. The 'see' was a walk through of the facility and an introduction to all the services offered with brief explanation of each service by Kim, who is one of the technicians AND the owner, Tiara, and Sarah. Wax and facials are my favorite services. The staff is amazing, professionalism and character of the women here speaks volume. Owner Kim has always been quick to resolve or answer questions and the ladies are always timely and sweet. Tiara give the best facials (so far lol). But you won't be disappointed either any service or product you get from this establishment.
Yes, the aest there are awesome that you know they know and the procedures and what they need to do. A great shout out to the black female Veterans on business. This is an awesome place.
