Ms. McClinton purchased one of the properties I had listed within the city limits of Tampa Bay. The property, a Duplex was occupied by longtime tenants who'd been paying below market-value for enumerable years.Ms. McClinton saw an opportunity to improve the property and transform it to the true diamond needing some 'proverbial' shine.She purchased and shared with the Tenants what they could expect while strategizing a fair, market and equitable lease that would remodel and offer a reprieve for each family.She was savvy in her remodeling approach while using wholesale products to provide new appliances, flooring and cabinetry. The plumbing was all updated to coding standards to eliminate the eye-soar the tenants became accustomed with.She strongly believed (believes) that every family should have a funcitioning, clean and safe dwelling for their family (lies).Unfortunately the previous Tenants relocated. And the "win" was for Ms. McLinton to provide housing to Previous Female Offenders in an effort to eliminate recidivism. She's tirelessly done this through her non-profit organization, 'Fresh Start SAfe Haven, LLC.'I was impressed with the before and after job and hope to partner with her on future projects.She's a woman of focus, strategy and purose serving the community of Tampa Bay.
