Shawn did a great job!!! After the plumber from the company "Hers and His" came, he didn't do a thing. For days he try to sell me a tank for the toilet, then he switch over to a whole new toilet. The only thing the thank needed was new screws. He could not remove the screws so he try to sell me a new toilet and then i would have to pay him to install it. What a shame.Florida Plumbing & Environmental Service (Shawn) came to my rescue, change the screws and the work was done. He also adjust the stopper from the sink, something the plumber from "Hers & His could not do.?♂️?Thank you Shawn. God bless you because you're honest.
Shawn was very knowledgable on the work he was doing at our house and offered some suggestions to help with our plumbing. He was sincere and you could tell he was here to help and not go after adding more cost to get more money. We will definitely use this company again in the future and I highly recommend them for anyone’s plumbing needs! Thank you.
