Quality of care isn't here , Dr Michael Branch ENT "specialist" has one of the rudest behaviors I've ever seen in a doctor , he is condescending , rushed , doesn't talk with you like you are a human instead you're treated like you are beneath him , not worth his time ... Dr. Branch was seen multiple times and literally stated that I needed a surgery that he himself was unable to perform , he stated I would need a CT prior . Dr Branch recommended USF , my insurance doesn't require referrals ... USF does ... getting a CT scan requires an authorization and that comes from said prescribing doctor. CARROLLWOOD LOCATION, specifically Dr. Kamath and Gerald Curley offices. The most disrespectful, uncaring, unprofessional staff. Used to be SO much better but totally fell off after COVID. AVOID. They don't understand how to process billing or insurance and are overall run by incompetent, uncaring staff. The doctors are great if you get a chance to see them once every 4 years. I've been a patient for over 7 years and can't get out of here fast enough.

Highly Disorganized Clinic with extremely bad client service. I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the scheduling and administrative processes at this clinic. My intention is to provide useful feedback for others considering their services.Months ago, we scheduled a new patient visit for May 2023 (3 months after our decided date). Upon arriving, we learned that our assigned doctor, Dr. Pava, was leaving that week, a fact that wasn't communicated to us beforehand.
