Quality of care isn't here , Dr Michael Branch ENT "specialist" has one of the rudest behaviors I've ever seen in a doctor , he is condescending , rushed , doesn't talk with you like you are a human instead you're treated like you are beneath him , not worth his time ... Dr. Branch was seen multiple times and literally stated that I needed a surgery that he himself was unable to perform , he stated I would need a CT prior . Dr Branch recommended USF , my insurance doesn't require referrals ... USF does ... getting a CT scan requires an authorization and that comes from said prescribing doctor. That doctor was suppose to be Dr. Branch , hell it's even notated in my chart his request of me . He has refused to send over referrals or auth instead his office staff stating that he will not do that , I can however pick up "His note" in my chart . What he wanted was to bring me to the basement with repeating treatment or individual care I've already had and paid for , all while I'm sure full aware that a PCP is going to send me to non surgical ENT first ... again that's why I was seeing him. People need to understand that you can lodge a complaint with the medical board for even rude , inappropriate behavior and patient abandonment ... ABANDONMENT ... this is what I got .
CARROLLWOOD LOCATION, specifically Dr. Kamath and Gerald Curley offices. The most disrespectful, uncaring, unprofessional staff. Used to be SO much better but totally fell off after COVID. AVOID. They don't understand how to process billing or insurance and are overall run by incompetent, uncaring staff. The doctors are great if you get a chance to see them once every 4 years. I've been a patient for over 7 years and can't get out of here fast enough.
Highly Disorganized Clinic with extremely bad client service. I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the scheduling and administrative processes at this clinic. My intention is to provide useful feedback for others considering their services.Months ago, we scheduled a new patient visit for May 2023 (3 months after our decided date). Upon arriving, we learned that our assigned doctor, Dr. Pava, was leaving that week, a fact that wasn't communicated to us beforehand. The clinic assured us of a smooth transition said we had stablished care and suggested the next well visit to be sooner to make sure everything was ok (Feb2024)Recently, I needed a sick visit and was initially given an appointment with a Registered Nurse. However, after waiting at their clinic, I was informed they couldn't see "new patients" for sick visits. No apology was given, and the only solution provided was waiting until my already scheduled well visit in February 2024, or go to ER or their owned urgent care 30 min away. Their disregard for immediate care was disappointing.While I can't comment on their medical staff, the clinic's scheduling and administrative efficiency are severely lacking. This experience raises concerns about patient prioritization during staff changes. I hope this review helps others and prompts the clinic to address these issues.
