I was never a gym enthusiast; so didn’t even know what to look for when I was at my heaviest and most depressed state. I stumbled into FitCity and it’s been the best thing to happen to me. I walked in terrified/nervous and now after every workout I walk out unstoppable. From the owners, to the coaches, to the clientele, it’s been the best experience I could’ve asked for. I’ve been coming here since they opened in Dec 2014. Once you start going they become like a second family to you, esp the coaches. They genuinely care about you achieving your goals, whether it be strength, or weight loss, or just over all health. They welcome all body types, all fitness levels, and all backgrounds, so you can be assured you will fit in. The OG coaches have seen me through my highs and lows and are always supportive every step of the way. FitCity has been my constant and I am thankful for them.

FitCity Crossfit has dramatically impacted my life! My balance and strength have significantly improved making me feel younger than my 70 years! The coaches at FitCity are friendly and well trained, are sensitive to each client's needs, and make all the difference in helping each person attain their individual goals. Since Covid I have opted for Virtual Personal training sessions in my home. This has worked out well for me as I don't need to drive anywhere making it is easy for me to get back to my other responsibilities. I love working with my Coach Jessica and I plan on continuing with the Virtual sessions.
