During my initial exam, Dr. Ferrera examined my teeth; reviewed xrays supplied by my previous dentist; took high quality, enlarged color images of them; discussed oral hygiene with me; and answered all of my questions. His dental assistant; Dolisa, and his administrative assistant Kaye; were super efficient and personable, while helping me to feel comfortable in a new place. The next steps are my scheduled dental cleaning and consultation to plan for filling cavities and addressing any remaining issues. ?
In one word-fantastic! The dental hygienist did a great job and my examine with Dr. Ferrera was terrific. I usually get freaked out going to the dentist but the entire staff made me feel at ease with the entire appointment.
Dr. Ferrera and his staff are outstanding from the front desk to the chair and to check out. My family has been patients for over 20 years ago and even after we moved a few miles further away we still will continue to go to Dr. Ferrera‘s office.
