European Wax Center offers a wonderful experience for first-timers, especially for Brazilian wax services. The staff, including Kia, Helen, and Kiki, are gentle, comforting, and excellent at their work. They make customers feel comfortable from the moment they walk in the door and explain the process thoroughly. Clients leave looking and feeling beautiful, with a pain level that is much lower than expected. The aftercare advice and product recommendations add to the overall satisfaction, making it a highly recommended place for waxing services.
My first time visiting was wonderful! The ladies made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Kia and Helen both did excellent work. I would highly recommend them for a first timer who doesn't quite know what to expect. They will explain all and you'll walk out looking and feeling beautiful.
First time Brazilian Wax! My wax tech Kiki was amazing, she talked me through the entire process and was very gentle and comforting! Will definitely be back here, these ladies are the best!
Visited European Wax Center at Highwoods Preserve Pkwy today for my first ever Brazilian wax. At first, I was incredibly nervous but the experience was so much better than I could have imagined. Kiki was my wax tech, and she was so gentle and comforting throughout the entire thing. It honestly didn't hurt nearly as bad as I thought it would. She talked me through the process and also gave me aftercare advice, along with a product recommendation afterwards. 10/10 - I have already booked in my next appointment with her!
