I can't thank Dr. Claffie enough for her exceptional care and expertise when I recently injured my eye.From the moment I walked into their practice, Dr. Thiel reassured me and took very well care of me.Dr. Claffie possesses an incredible blend of professionalism and warmth. Dr Kate Claffie and her staff are experts of the highest quality. Very professional service and experience. We arrived at our scheduled time, and had less than 10 minute wait. The entire area was extremely clean and inviting. We highly recommend them.
My experience was very much the same as another. The exam cost for contract lenses is very misleading and absurdly more expensive than the “comprehensive” (eyeglasses) exam. Forced to pay an additional $150 for the contact exam+$35 for the digital imaging after my insurance paid $150 for the “comprehensive” exam. Definitely not comprehensive- (Comprehensive is defined in the dictionary as “complete; including all or nearly all elements or aspects of something”).When confronted with this I was told, “Well, you’re welcome to go anywhere else”.
