Gary the technician is honest and knowledgeable about hot water heaters! I had scheduled for a new gas water heater because the pilot light on my 6 year old WH went out and a different company was trying to sell me on a tankless water heater or a new water heater ranging from $2,000-4,000 but didn't really look at the problem. Gary had mine going in seconds, cleaned it and ordered new part per my request so it will be "like new". He was so professional and kind. I will always use Delta for any issues with plumbing and maintenance. More companies need to bring back honesty over profit! Thank You Gary/Delta

Needed a new water heater since the old one was at end of life. Shane Hawkins from Delta Mechanical was assigned and he arrived on time and well prepared to get my new Rheem Gladiator installed. I was amazed how quickly he had the unit installed and up and running. He was very well verse in how the unit operates and gave me some very helpful tips as far as the operations and maintenance of the unit. I am very satisfied with how my installed went. Stefan from Delta Mechanical arrived within the time stated and went above and beyond to replace my water heater, with a new to code expansion tank, working into the night to install it with a new vent as the old one was not up to code. This was an extra cost, but OK I already new this would be the case and since they are contractors that work with the Home Depot, I put it on my Home Depot card to pay it off over 24 months with no interest. (I called the HD to schedule btw) Stefan, the tech was polite and personable and went the extra mile ! Thank you!
