These guys have been nothing less than a God sent! I know that sounds extreme while talking about a nail groomer but that statement is 1000% true. My dog Myles had a traumatic experience with a groomer a few years ago resulting in Myles no longer letting even ME touch his paws. The vet attempted to trim his nails to no avail. The doctor tried medicating my pup, which leads to him being even more paranoid. Myles is 120 lbs so there is no making Myles do anything. Nothing helped until Jorel the “Dog Nail Whisperer ” came to our house. On first attempt Jorel was able to get Myles comfortable enough to file down his over grown nails. 10/10 recommend this company to anyone with a dog! We have 2 large German shepherd / lab mix dogs; one with extreme fear / anxiety of having his feet touched period. He had a very traumatic experience elsewhere about a year ago & has very little trust in anyone trying to tie him up or muzzle him to cut or grind his nails. (We choose / request to muzzle) for the safety of all involved. Today, Apollo had his very first appointment with Mel who brought all the tools / equipment needed to make this appointment successful; she was punctual - great at communicating, very gentle & patient with our dog. I must be honest, I was quite leery when I was told that a women by the name of Melanie was coming alone to do my dogs nails...I have been in Florida for 4 years now and the only way( up until now) that I could get my dogs nails clipped was if I took him to the vet, had blood work done to ensure that he was healthy enough to be sedated.... Needless to say that's about a $300 appointment....KUDOS to you Melanie, I'm impressed.Bottom line is I highly recommend D.O.G nail CARE professionals.....
