MOST DEFINITELY!!! Doug went above and beyond today to make sure my mom would have hot water in her home by end of day today!! She has been without hot water for three weeks because of her home warranty company and the plumbing company thru the home warranty company!!!! Words cannot truly express how appreciative I am of Doug coming out so quickly and making sure she was taken care of!! AWESOME JOB!!! Thanks so much to Doug and to the lady who answered my moms call today!! Ya all are those Angels that people always talk about!!! 😊😊😊
