Drains -- this guy knows how to get rid of excess water in your yard! Mark and his crew (Gerard and B) are very knowledgeable about Florida summer rains and drains. We've had this company install drains to solve our water problem! I am so happy with their work, I will recommend them to family, friends and neighbors. Quality work!! Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience with Mark Mattison at Controlled Landscaping. He put in an outside drainage system to remediate a flooding problem, due to a problem with the grading of our lawn (leading to flooding onto our pool deck). Additionally, Mark cleaned out our existing French Drain with a drain blaster, called The Channel Blaster Nozzle, that attaches to a pressure washer that he himself invented. It worked so very well, we purchased one!Excellent experience!! And the Channel Blaster Nozzle is a must buy!! Lisa and Dave H.
