“We used Proactive Construction to build out a new closet in our master bedroom. This involved creating a brand new wall with framing, drywall, painting, trim, etc. and a barn door. We also had an air-conditioning vent added. Brian and his team were easy to work with and always showed up exactly when they said they would, which is so rare these days with any service providers. The wall looks like it has always been part of our bedroom, which was the goal. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them for any construction project.“

“I recently hired Nexus to level the entire floor of a condo I own on Longboat Key. They did this by pouring self-leveler throughout the unit. The work they did was excellent! In addition to making the entire floor level and flat (in preparation for LVP to be installed), they were extremely professional, polite, highly competent, and a true pleasure to work with. Additionally, Leo, the owner of Nexus, was able to send his guys (Renato and Luiz) to pour the new floor just 2 days after I reached out to him and they completed the entire job in just one day. This was extremely helpful to me as I was on a very tight timeline to get the flooring done.
